One city with
sixteen million souls crammed into hundreds of wards,
walled in, captured,
surrounded by glass and metal towers looming high overhead. All pieces of a larger puzzle,
all living and dying in a the world's largest
rat maze, few with any illusions of escaping.
Traffic crawls over bridges that crisscross the polluted water of the Houston Waterways like arteries of a massive concrete heart. The pulse of the city never fades, it's blood is steel and light. Its soul though, is dead.
